The House of United Industries reimagines the industrial facility in Hapur as a piece of considered architecture rather than a purely utilitarian shed. The project treats the factory as a workplace with dignity — a building that supports production at scale while giving its people light, order, and a sense of pride in where they work.

The design is organised around clarity of movement: the flow of materials, machines, and people is planned with the same rigour applied to any architectural commission. Large clear spans accommodate the demands of manufacturing, while a disciplined structural grid brings legibility to the whole. Carefully placed openings draw daylight deep into the floor plate, reducing reliance on artificial light and improving the everyday experience of the workforce.

Materials are honest and robust — chosen to weather the realities of industrial use while presenting a composed, intentional face to the world. The result is a facility where ambition is expressed through architecture: efficient and durable in operation, yet quietly confident in form, proof that industrial buildings can be designed with as much care as any other.
